Stage 1. Once you find the asparagus, gently dig it out with your fingers.
Stage 2: Then, insert the knife vertically to the depth of the visible imprint on the knife, just next to the asparagus.
Stage 3: Cut the asparagus, hold it gently with the other hand and take it out of the soil.
Stage 4: After cutting the vegetable, we can check its length against the scale mark on the knife. The indicated lenght marks a first-class asparagus.
